THE CLOUD NINE RECRUITMENT GROUP - A NETWORK OF INDEPENDENT RECRUITERS

Running a recruitment business is a isolated and costly exercise, with the increased costs of sourcing tools and the separation from corporate support.

In Spring 2010 Cloud Nine Recruitment Group is building a UK Network of independent recruitment business owners with the aim of:
• Creating a colleague network of like-minded professionals
• Reducing set up costs for new start-ups
• Reducing month on month outgoings for existing businesses 
• Time saving in business set up

To achieve this, new Group Members and Associate Directors on sign up would take on board access to:
• UK Virtual team, with Job/Candidate network and fee-share opportunities 
• Job/CV sites access to key generic sites
• Broadbean for ease of vacancy administration  
• Regular Network meetings to discuss network opportunities, industry news, ideas and interaction

It is important to stress that:
• Your business remains your business – you retain financial and decision making independence
• The business activity is YOUR business activity
• Nobody is telling you what you should and should not target, nor how 
• Nobody is routinely taking 30% of your income – this is not a franchise
The relationship is purely as a Recruiter and Resource network - and your independence remains sacred.
